1.     Log in for shift

2.     Be familiar with all the program activities of the day and of upcoming weeks

3.     Receipt, sort and notify staff of incoming mail and packages

4.     Log out for shift

 

Wednesday

1.     Log in for shift

2.     Be familiar with all the program activities of the day and of upcoming weeks

3.     Receipt, sort and notify staff of incoming mail and packages

4.     Review the voicemail messages left on Zoom and clear those out.

5.     Assist with Prime Time if needed

6.     Log out for shift

Thursday

1.     Log in for shift

2.     Be familiar with all the program activities of the day and of upcoming weeks

3.     Print and fold Sunday Bulletins and Inserts

4.     Receipt, sort and notify staff of incoming mail and packages

5.     Inventory and order Toner and Paper supplies. Replenish printer areas of supplies as needed with at least one backup toner and one ream of paper per printer. Color printers rely on 4 cartridges of backup (Black, Cyan, Yellow, Magenta). check inventory of ink and paper usage in Room 116, Room 213, 207, 205, 3rd Floor printer next to the elevator, and the Labyrinth. If needed, place orders for ink and cartridges.

6.     Check for Prayer cards, take pictures to email to Judy and place them in her mailbox

7.     Clear missed calls and review voicemail messages on phones in Room 116 and Reception

8.     Prepare Sunday Deposit “Evidence” Bags (2 for parlor and 1 for Wooden Box in Narthex)

9.     Log out for shift

Friday

1.     Monitor phone calls and direct them to the proper recipients (one hour online)

 

Saturday

2.     Monitor phone calls and direct them to the proper recipients. (one hour online)

 

Sunday

1.     Log in for shift

2.     Be familiar with all the program activities of the day and of upcoming weeks

3.     Turn on all lights in Peale Parlor, check pillows, tissues and water

4.     Turn on lights in Prayer Room

5.     Print any parking coupons if needed

6.     Assist Blind congregants in and out of building if available and as needed

7.     Check the Church Calendar (Teamup on Monitor by security) to ensure current date. 

8.     Print Worship Script and 2 copies of the Scripture:  (1 copy of Scripture goes on the Chancel Podium the other copy on 2nd Pew located near Rear Sanctuary Entrance). 

9.     Check Chancel for: water, lozenges and tissue. 

10.  Bibles in Sanctuary and Prayer Room should reflect scripture of the day. 

11.  Check Prayer Room and Donation Plates for Welcome Cards and Prayer Request Cards. 

12.  Create deposit bags for offering

13.  Braille Printing (Not often, keep link handy) 

14.  Log out for shift

Hand deliver Mario’s Arts Department Artwork and Poetry (take a photo send to Mario and store in mailroom)
